Drop Off
Upon arrival, each dog will undergo a brief health check. This includes checking for signs of illness, ticks, fleas, or any other health concerns. If anything needs to be noted, please let us know. Dogs showing signs of illness may be refused admission.
 

Clients are required to adhere to the scheduled drop-off times specified by our business hours or scheduled appointment times. Any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and approved by River City Bark & Park. Boarding drop-off hours start at 8:30 am.

Weekend drop-off and pick-up is by appointment only.

Clients are required to provide up-to-date vaccination records and emergency contact details as well as the RCBP Waiver. We may ask that you check these details from time to time to ensure they are updated.

Please refrain from bringing any additional bedding, toys, treats, etc. We have all these items available on-site. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that personal items brought in will not be mixed with our facility’s toys and bedding and may not make it back home.
River City Bark & Park is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

You must sign your pet in on the RCBP Kiosk located in the lobby.

Pick Up

Daycare clients must arrange to pick up their pet by the close of business (6:30pm) Monday – Friday.
Boarding clients must be picked up by 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Weekend pick-up is by appointment only.

Please communicate any late pick-up needs in advance. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from collecting your dog(s) by the close of business or appointment hours, you are required to contact RCBP to arrange an alternative plan.

Late pick-ups beyond scheduled business hours will incur additional fees of $1.00 per minute for each minute after 6:30 pm with a minimum of $15.00.

 

For the safety and security of the dogs, clients may be required to provide identification. Clients are required to sign the release of their dog(s) upon collection on the RCBP Kiosk located in the lobby.
