​A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot for boarding, if a deposit is not paid within 48 hours of reservation the appointment will no longer be held.

We require Rabies, DHPP (Distemper), and Bordetella vaccines to be current through your dog's entire stay as well as a negative fecal exam within the year, no exceptions.

We will not board females in heat, going into heat or just coming out of heat they must be at least 2-3 weeks out of heat. If your female dog is intact, they will be checked upon entry.
We do not board aggressive dogs of any kind.

            Pick-Up and Drop-Off Schedule:

• Monday - Friday:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Any pickup or drop off outside of boarding hours will incur a $15.00 early drop off or $15.00 late pick up fee.
     

• Saturday & Sunday:

  • Weekend pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only, appointment times will be scheduled with you at the time of booking.

  • Weekend drop-off appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

    Last-Minute Boarding Extensions:

• Boarding extensions must be requested and approved at least 24 hours in advance.
  The Facility may not always be able to accommodate extensions.

• Extensions requested with less than 24 hours' notice or without prior approval will incur a fee of double the nightly rate for each additional night.
  
  Important Notice:

• The Facility will not contact the Pet Owner to remind them to pick up their pet or to arrange extensions. If no communication is received from the Pet Owner within three days after the scheduled pick-up date, the pet will be automatically surrendered to a rescue organization. All applicable fees will be assessed for re-adoption.

• More than three no-shows within a four-month period may result in the Facility being unable to accommodate future boarding requests from the Pet Owner.

Cancellation is required at least 72 hours in advance, or your 50% deposit will be forfeit.
 

If your dog is dropped off after 4:00pm, you will not be charged for that day.

If your dog is picked up by 9:00am, you will not be charged for that day.

One day stay minimum will be charged. If you drop off at 4:00pm and pick up by 9:00am, boarding will be charged 1 day stay.
